Personal tuition by Caroline for individuals or small groups of up to three people, focusing on developing and improving ceramic hand-building, surface decoration and creative skills.
Classes are held in Caroline's new fully equipped studio at Chiswick Mall in west London and draw on a range of high-quality materials, including porcelain and paper clays, and a variety of slips, oxides and glazes. Work produced ranges from everyday items such as bowls, dishes and tiles to sculptural forms.
The classes are generally two or three hours during the day or evening and can be booked individually or as a block. Costs are from £30 an hour (materials included). Firing is charged at £10 per kg per firing. All abilities are welcome, from complete beginners to more experienced potters wanting to develop their ideas.
