Caroline's plates and bowls are individually hand-built in her studios in London and Cornwall and come in a variety of unique designs.
Each item is individual, different layers of traditional slips and oxides and unique characteristics from the firing. They can all be sited outdoors, being fully frostproof.

PLATES
Named after the dramatic headland near Caroline's studio on the windswept moors of the Penwith peninsula west of St Ives, these unique stoneware tiles are individually crafted and reflect the colours and textures of the Cornish cliffs and coast.
As panels or grouped together, they make a striking feature in the home. Gurnard’s Head tiles are tough, frost-proof and practical, so can be used equally effectively next to a stove, in a bathroom or conservatory, or outside as a garden installation. They can also be framed and hung on a wall.
